The one you were all waiting for-7 year old girls Christmas gift guide #AD
If you read my adults and infant gift guide then this is the one you will be waiting for! All the exciting toys for that awkward age of 7 years where the girls don’t want dolls but still aren’t teens! Fingers crossed I have pleased Erin this Christmas so hopefully this guide will help!
I have been sent the items included in this gift guide but wouldn’t include them if I wasn’t gifting them/use them myself.
Frozen 2 Game and Puzzles-
Have you “Let go” (sorry couldn’t help myself!!!) of the past?! Well don’t because Frozen is back!!!! Frozen 2 (if you haven’t seen it get yourself to the cinema because it’s Phenomenal!) if you have seen it you will know that Frozen 2 is possibly going to be even bigger than the first! The songs are epic, the cast is amazing and it’s all my little girl has spoken about since we saw it in November!!!! So of course Frozen 2 gifts are the way forwards! We love games and puzzles and these are just perfect. The game is a “True Friendship” game made for 4yrs plus and has interactive figures to move around the board! The Frozen 2 shapes Puzzles are made from 3yrs plus and include 4 different puzzles ranging from 14 pieces to 20 pieces so not too tricky but also have everyone’s favourite characters on. These are perfect for any Frozen fans.
Love Leggings-
Aren’t leggings a staple in every child’s wardrobe? What child do you know that doesn’t want hot pink leggings?! My pair certainly do! These Love Leggings are fab they are hard wearing but so soft leggings are perfect for active kids who are rough and tumble like my two! I love the colour and can’t wait to see the girls matching!
Blopens Rainbow-
Now Erin is that bit older she doesn’t want to play games for “babies” instead she wants to do something that occupies her mind and she can show amazing creations to me afterwards! Blopens Rainbow is Erins dream in a box! For ages 4yrs plus, the blow pens come with 6 stencils, 6 paper sheets and 6 mini blopens. The blopens make an amazing airbrush pattern and the create stunning pictures and crafts. Erin will absolutely adore making pictures with these especially as they come with so many fab stencils- you can also get so many more stencils in different blopen sets so perfect for everyone.
Science in Wonderland-
Again anything that Erin can play with that also keeps her mind ticking over with all the burning questions she has about how things work and why is a hit. Science In Wonderland is able to show your little ones scientific experiments whilst delving into the world of fairies and magic. The experiments include-
5 exciting experiments which teach early STEM principles.
Create a colour changing butterfly.
Watch your flower magically open.
Squeeze to make your fairy dance.
See your ladybird flutter in the sunshine and peep inside to see a kaleidoscope show.
This will be perfect for Erin and I to do together once Edith has gone to bed, she will love to show me what she can do with each experiment.
5 Second Rule and 5 Second Rule Junior-
Let’s face it we all play games on Christmas Day don’t we? Well we have a bit of a routine where we play with the kids in the afternoon and once they are all in bed we also play other games so this year I have got 5 Second Rule Junior for when the kids are awake as it’s perfect for ages 6yrs plus and is for 3-6 players. It’s also so simple to play-It seems like it would be easy to name three flavours of ice cream – but can you do it under the pressure of 5 seconds twisting down, and with the other layers staring at you? You have to be quick, so just say whatever comes to mind and risk silly answers slipping out…because that would be funny, and we all like to laugh! It’s all in good fun with this fast-paced game where you have to Shout it out!
5 Second Rule is made for 8 years plus and again is for 3-6 players. Both will be such fun to play on Christmas Day and with the 6 of us we will be laughing and trying our hardest to beat each other! What more could you want on a family fun filled Christmas?
Star Wars How Not to Get Eaten by Ewoks–
Erin is an amazing reader and we loved to read books together at night- this will be perfect as she is a huge Star Wars fan and will adore this book.
The Star WarsTM galaxy is a dangerous place. With hostile landscapes, ferocious creatures and allies who could turn against you at any moment, this is not the place to rest on your laurels. Star Wars: How Not to Get Eaten by Ewoks guides you through hazardous situations that may arise and offers step-by-step instructions on how to diffuse perilous situations, escape from enemies, and navigate galactic pitfalls.
