Scoot Around with Hape #Ad

We were lucky enough to be gifted the Hape Scoot Around in exchange for an honest review- read on to find out how we got on.

Edith is one of those children who isn’t happy with what she can do and always wants to do more. At the start of the six weeks holiday she mastered crawling, this week she’s standing and just wants to do everything her sister does. She’s interested in toys that aren’t just your standard shape sorters and teether’s instead she wants to be on the move!

When we were offered the Scoot Around from Hape I thought it was perfect, she can master manoeuvring herself around and grow with it- Erin has also been scooting around on it all summer and she’s 7!!!

I love wooden toys- not only are they more sustainable but look so much better too and are able to withstand big sisters who like to steal toys!!

The Scoot Around was easy to assemble- I did it on my own whilst sitting with the girls, so it definitely wasn’t hard. Everything is really well made and looks like it will last for years to come which is fabulous as I think it will certainly get its use over the years for both inside and outside play.

The Scoot Around ensures it assists with your babies fine motor skills, physical skills, self discovery, problem solving, social skills and imagination and creativity. It really does tick all the boxes for learning.

The concept of the bike is the 4 wheeled drive- the child takes short rides at first to build muscle strength, power and confidence and as their skills grow so does the distance they go!

Edith loves being on the trike she has mastered pulling herself along for short rides and thinks it’s hilarious as you can see!

Erin also really enjoys scooting around on it and I love the look and sustainability of the product so all around it’s a huge thumbs up in this house!

We will be using the Scoot around for many years to come as it will definitely grow with us and become the perfect ride on for inside and out.
