Nothing in the Fruit Bowl-No Problem!

I am fed up of fruit being brought and being sat in the fridge going off!!! Erin goes to her dads for 1 day and 3 nights a week so when I buy fruit for her I have to buy it tactically so she is able to eat it all before it goes off… most of the time this is not always possible and leaves me questioning how I can stop wasting money but also getting the fruit into her she needs!

The Fruit Bowl has solved the problem for me with their fabulous selection of dried fruit flakes perfect for snacking and lunchboxes. Each pack is 1 of your 5 a day and has no added sugar. All of the products are tried and tested by their very own mum panel. All of their flakes are suitable for vegetarians and gluten free. The packs are available at most leading supermarkets including Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrison’s and is £2 for 6 18g packets.

We were asked to try The Fruit Bowl’s new flavor- the mango fruit flakes which are made by drying a blend of apple and mango purees and fruit juices to make delicious fruity flakes.

The pack is fun and immediately grabbed Erin’s attention with the bright colour’s and handy toddler size packets! Her immediate reaction was ‘Mummy these are amazing!’ which is definitely a thumbs up in our house hold! The only thing that can be tricky is if you have a clumsy child- very much like mine I would suggest emptying the packet into a bowl so all of the little flakes don’t drop down the sides of your sofa!!

They are a fantastic snack for in between meals or even as a dessert after dinner as it hits the sweet craving with naturally occurring sugars! What more could you want in your cupboards?!
