Slow Roasted Rib of Beef

I thought we would share my favourite Rib of Beef recipe that we like to enjoy for our family roast on a Sunday.
To get the perfect rib of beef you need the following things:
Meat thermometer probe

Rib of beef

Garlic infused olive oil
Time and lots of it!!
Firstly you need to seal the beef in a skillet or frying pan, with a drizzle of garlic infused olive oil and a knob of butter.
Next you need to set your oven to 65degrees and insert the themometer into the beef, put it in the oven until the core temperature reaches 55 degrees.
Take the beef out wrap it in foil and let it rest for an hour whilst you prepare the rest of your veg and potatoes.
The beef will then slice perfectly and melt in the mouth for a delicious roast dinner.
