A room fit for a princess!

We have a little princess… she’s obsessed with Disney, dresses and pink! Anything girlie has her name on it.

When we moved house getting Erin the bedroom she wanted was top of my priorities. As a youngster myself I had a very grown up bedroom with matching curtains, stool for my dressing table and the towels in my ensuite matched the tiles. It was very grown up and beautiful but as a kid it was dull!!! (Sorry mum if your reading this!).

That’s why I was determined for Erin to have the room she craved. When we asked what she wanted she was Very specific- a glittery wall. Matts faced dropped. I was secretly excited as I love glitter and wanted something to love and live my childhood bedroom ideas through. We painted her room two shades of pink and she got her glitter wall.

Accessorising was the next challenge I didn’t want it to be pink overload so we needed thing that would go nicely and wouldn’t make her bedroom tacky.

Luckily for me Ollie and Leila came to the rescue. I was asked to review a beautiful bedding set with butterflies on.

The bedding set was extremely well made and was white with a pink trim. It is made from cotton and has embroidered butterflies in different coloured pastels. Erin loves the bed sheet and was constantly telling me how beautiful it is!!

The price of the bed sheet was £44 and I would definitely say it was worth the money. It has washed really well and if anything got softer. We love it.
